Dr. Mahvash Zulfaghary, DDS

Last time I was in her office doing teeth filling, she had her hair loose and down to start with. I had to tell her 'I am really concerned that your hair might touch my face and mouth', then she said 'fine, I tie my hair up FOR YOU'. Yes, she literally emphasized on 'FOR YOU' part. Seriously, isn't it a common sense? As a dentist, you really think it is appropriate to let your hair hang down in front of your patient face with mouth open? Another thing is insurance part. I've noticed they charge me more than after insurance copay. I've asked them the question 'why', they told me they 'pre-charge' before insurance settles, and if they charged more than needed, the amount will be sitting in my account for next time use. However, I've tracked a few times, seems every time they charge me a few dollars more (less than $10).

I have been with Dr. Zulfaghary for many years. She is affectionately known as Dr. Z. She is the consumate professional & performs her dental procedures with expertise. I have the utmost confidence in her work. Her chairside manner is exceptional. She always goes the extra mile to keep me comfortable. She is very personable & treats me like I am more than a patient. She treats me like a friend. The office is exceptional clean modern. Her staff are always personable and professional.

Dr. Z. is kind, knowledgeable and focused dentist. She does a great job explaining dental issues and the recommended treatments. I've been able to make well-informed decisions about my care. I like that Dr. Z. doesn't rush to do dental work that isn't needed yet and she respects my unique preferences as a patient. I can't say I love going to the dentist, but Dr. Z. makes the experience pleasant. And the dental hygienists are also terrific about delivering a great patient experience.

its had to find a place that you trust i have not allways taken care of my teeth and most places i have went make u feel bad not this place. aslo they will do everything they can to save your teeth wtich was nice

Everything she has done is great.

I was experiencing an extremely painful toothache due to an infection. I called Allure on a Friday afternoon... they saw me that Friday afternoon. The diagnosis led to an extraction which I had a great deal of anxiety about due to a horrible past experience. Dr. Zulfaghary not only eased my anxiety but she also took her time and performed the extraction so seamlessly that I didn't even realize the tooth was gone. I am very thankful for the care I received.

Dr. Z is the best dentist I have ever been to. My whole family goes there and she is a very gentle and caring dentist. Great office and great staff. Very friendly, highly recommended!

Dr. Z is a very caring and no non-sense dentist. She works closely with the patient and does not try to oversell services. A very trustworthy dentist and she gives great advice.

Dr. Zulfaghary was excellent! Other dental offices I had been to didn't listen to what my specific needs were but she did! I had to get a couple of fillings. Dr. Zulfaghary not only matched the color to my teeth she even corrected the fillings I already had!

An extremely positive experience. Dr. Zulfaghary worked very hard to get my son's front teeth well-matched with his others. He was very happy with the results and I was very impressed with Dr. Zulfaghary's patience and concern for him.

Went to get fillings done 3 times on the same tooth because tbey kept falling out after a couple of weeks. I was charged every time even though it was not my fault. On top of everything over a year later saying my insurance didn't cover all the charges and that I owe them close to $300 even though after my visit I ended up paying about $70 out of pocket. Insurance company said they paid 100% of the charges and that doctor over charged me by $10 so actually they owe me. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
