The worst experience any patient will face. Rudeness, money hungry, service concept isn't part of their practice, trying to do unnecessary work to get money and all workers are cheep labor with zero skills. Coming from high quality dentist who took care of me for 25 years and retired just like going from heaven to hill. When I tried to question my insurance benefit i was kicked out then by the office worker.. My advise to any new patient is DON"T USE THIS PRACTICE there are good practices out there and you will be the winner When I asked about the deep cleaning that is part of my benefits ( twice a year) I was told either you pay $480 upfront other wise what you are entitled to according to your insurance is to brush you teeth just like you brush it at home. Checking with my insurance they confirmed that it is TOTALLY WRONG and it is far away from reality. I don't trust this place for a second

Wonderful! I am usually afraid of the dentist, but since I have been seeing Dr Hanna I have been able to overcome my fears. It's because she is patient and caring. She explains each step she will need to take for the best care. I have been a patient for over 10 years now.
