Dr. Maha Boulos, DDS

My daughter went to Dr. Boulos this week with an infected wisdom tooth and associated pain. After x-rays, they informed her she would need a filling replaced, a ROOT CANAL on another tooth, two crowns, the wisdom tooth removed, and had the gall to try and sell Invisalign! As a side bar, they briefly mentioned she needed a cleaning (which they should have done with the check up). She texted me in tears and was terrified of the cost and the procedures. Fortunately she listened to me and went to an HONEST dentist who reviewed the films and was absolutely flabbergasted at their dire, and EXPENSIVE, recommendations. She needed 1 filling replace, 1 additional filling, and a cleaning. She does need the wisdom tooth removed after the infection clears and it drops a little more. This Dr. is the master of scare tactics! Her total would have easily been over $2k after insurance!
