Crown fell out
The crown she put in fell out 1.5 years later, and they would not fix it, so have to pay out of pocket. She was not gentle by any means and the tooth hurt for days after. She hates her job and it shows.

I had a awful experience with a root canal and crown that she attempted a couple of years ago. I have had trouble ever since and now have to have the tooth extracted and a dental implant placed. Aside from trauma associated with the entire experience, it is going to cost me thousands of dollars. Aside from this, her bedside manner and customer service was the worst I have experienced ever from a healthcare provider. I would not recommend using her for anything.

Dr Wilby is terrible, rude and have no patience with her patients. She did a crappy, awful job with filling my tooth. I came for filling one tooth , ended up having two fillings, had pain the next day after filling , came back to her for follow up 2 days later. She drilled my tooth again removing the dentin, and talking me into doing crowning. She is awful. Don’t risk yourself going to her. I would never recommend her to anybody.

She did an absolutely awful job with root canal and crown. She did only a partial root canal with out any explanation why and the crown lasted only 3 years. For a couple thousand dollars, I want better work done! Now I have to go through this all over again.
