Dr. Lubna Taj, DDS

I am surprised that this individual is even a dentist. Cannot properly diagnose patients. Lacks both knowledge and expertise.

My mother was scheduled to have surgery and had to be intubated for it. Upon preparation for the procedure, it was discovered that she had a loose tooth. The anesthesiologist was not comfortable performing the intubation due to that fact and the procedure was cancelled. Needing a dentist right away, she promptly contacted her dentist, Franklin Dental Care and Dentures, and scheduled an appointment for the next Monday afternoon at 2:00. My mother has had several procedures conducted at this facility and explained what she needed when she made the appointment. On the day of the appointment, the receptionist called and asked if she could come in early. I went and picked up my mom and we arrived around 1:20. Upon arrival a younger female employee watched as we entered the facility and sat down. As my mother is overweight, the female assisting us asked if she would be able to stand up to do X-rays. My mother said that she could but asked how long it would take. The employee was obviously u

Cracked a tooth. Met with her oral surgeon and he explained everything he had to do to install a new crown including the up front discounted price because my insurance didn't cover the procedure. He took his time and was very thorough. Both of the assistants were great. Friendly people. Very happy with everything they had to do. I highly recommend Dr. Taj and all her staff.

I’m really satisfied and comfortable with my experience. Dr Taj took care of all my problems.

Much better than my last dental experiences. I haven't been to the dentist in awhile due to bad experiences with some not so great dentists. I'm happy to come to the dentist now that I have found one I can trust.

This is a very beautiful and clean office Dr.Taj really knows what she is doing she is passionate about her work. I highly recommend this office.

I have been to alot of Dentist through out my life hated every bit of it, but here the staff and her are down to earth and best of all if you can't make it to your app. they don;t cancel you out of there office, not scared to go anymore .

she did a good job on my crown, she worked very hard on getting my insurance to approve all my needed treatment. She was also very understanding and worked with me when it came to my work schduele. she also has an amazing staff that is also very caring and helpful. Best dental experience I've had!

I'm terrified of the dentist and getting work done but she is very pleasant and nice even with all my difficult actions. She is very patient and understanding of my extreme fear and works well with me to get the work i need done.

I received wonderful service at Franklin Dental. Dr.Taj was warm and welcoming she made me feel safe and excited to get my work done. The assistant is sweet as can be.

Arrived for an appointment. Before insurance was cleared, I was pushed toward the panoramic x-ray machine. I stated that most insurances only pay for bitewing, and that I preferred to not have panoramic x-rays. Taj then confronted me with "don't you have insurance", "why don't you reschedule", and "haven't you ever been to a dentist". Feeling insulted, I told Taj that I didn't feel comfortable with her. She responded by saying that she "never said that", over and over. Big language barrier.
