I brought my 14-year-old daughter to get fillings. After I walked out of the office because I wasn't allowed to go back with her. They locked the door behind me. When they finally took my daughter back to get her fillings.It was an hour later.They gave her no pain meds. Or numbing.My daughter could not breathe and she was crying in pain and the dentist told her there was no need to cry and that she had to skip her lunch break to do my daughter's teeth.This was a scheduled appointment by the office She did not finish the fillings She did not do a cleaning before Starting. My daughter tried to put her hands over her ears because the Noises the machine was making Was hurting her ears The dentist told her to keep her hands down My daughter could not deal with it anymore and pulled herself off the chair.And came outside To me at Which point my child was hyperventilating Could not talk was in pain.I tried to go back Into.The office to find out what happened And they had locked the door.

Worse front desk employees ever
My mom has been seeing her for a few years. Her employees get worse and worse. They had us going back and forth with her insurance for months. Even told my mom that she had to call the insurance. The insurance sent them the approval and even called numerous times. They approved it and when I called to make an appointment they tell me they don’t take her insurance. How? They took it a few months ago. They claimed they took it for just the office visit and cleaning but not for a filling. They are the most incompetent people I have ever met and dealt with. Save yourself some energy and go elsewhere. They don’t like to answer the phone either. I gave 1 star because I had to.

I see all these comments about the office when I went there there is no mold no smell except for dentist smell the staff was nice the dentist was nice? The office was clean

Mold smell and rude staff
Place smelled like mold to the point it was concerning. The lady was very rude and unprofessional when I called to make an opening for seeing, I had asked her to speak louder and she gave attitude. The receptionist spoke barely two words of English, and misspelled my last name. The BMW was not parked properly. When I asked if my girlfriend could come back with me for support, she was extremely rude about not letting her back there. The chairs looked as if they had mold growing on them. If it was up to me, this office would be shut down. it was very unsanitary, the staff was rude and I’m not going back.

Please shut this office down.
Had appointment today 7/25. I had rescheduled from 7/12 because I couldn't get a sitter for my special needs son. Get to my appointment to be told I would be charged because it was a emergency appointment. When I refuted that, they refused to do my cleaning because I had to pay for extra bitewing x-rays. Just had those done 1/3, didn't need them again. Not to mention, have never had to do that before. So hour drive there and back, plus having to pay for a specialty sitter for 3 total hours, for nothing. Maybe you should be held liable for my losses? Medical license needs to be revoked. They have damaged my teeth on previous cleanings, and the few fillings I have had, you are only numbed with a topical, and if you complain it hurts you, are told "it's OK", while she then complains about you in Spanish. A quick FYI, many people are bilingual, I understood EVERY word you said. Still waiting on the referral from the 1/3 visit to a oral surgeon BTW.

Worst experience ever! Super unprofessional, billed dental insurance for procedures never done, schedule appointments without discussing with patients, the list goes on and on. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I was a 1st time patient. My appointment was at 1pm and I arrived on-time. While I was filling out paperwork, I was called back for my x-rays. I had 1. X-rays 2. Exam 3. cleaning. I have no complaints. Staff was both firefly and professional when dealing with me at all times. My visit occored on 10.31.2017

Do yourself a favor and go to anyone other than Dr. Ballet. Can never get a hold of anyone at the front desk. I tried to cancel an appt and called for over 3 days without anyone ever picking up the phone. Only able to get voicemail and told to leave message and they would call back. Left five messages never got a call back. The last time I tried to call the voice mailbox was full. On my last visit I waited over 1hour and 45 min for a simple cleaning. I finally got up an left. Worst dentist ever!
