Dr. Louis Susi, DDS

I was in a lot of pain from an eighteen year old root canal. Dr. Susi and his team agreed to stay late in order to take care of me on a Friday. The whole team was very professional and caring. I am so thankful they were willing to help. He was also honest with me and told me the pain would get worse before it got better but gave me a prescription so I was prepared when the Novocain wore off and did not suffer. The next day he called to check on me and my pain had already subsided enough that I could just take Ibuprofen. Thank you all so much for your care and empathy. I would give 10 stars if possible. :)

If you are a military member or veteran I would think twice about contacting this office for any procedure. The staff, Lisa in particular is less than professional. Having made the appointment about 10 days earlier, upon arrival Lisa had not contacted my provider for preapproval. In addition, she maintained my dentist of the past three years claimed I was not a patient. Without approval from my healthcare provider, I was left with no choice but to leave.
