Great the ladies here are so nice

I have tried to set up an appointment. The front desk clerk refused to set up the appointment because their office was not listed as my dentist, requested to talk with Delta insurance. She refused to call me back to set up an appointment because she was very busy, didn't wanted to be blamed for not calling back. I wonder if the MO knows how many patients he had lost due to the nasty, bulling staff that refuse to make reminder calls or don't believe in returning calls. She didn't set any appointment saying it would take 24 hrs to show in the system that dr MO was my dentist. I COULD NOT BELIEVE TO MY EARS. THIS IS DISCUASTING BELIAVOR. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNCARING. NO CLASS. CONTACTING THIS OFFICE IS AN AGITATION. SHE TOLD ME THEY WERE BOOKED FOR THE NEXT 7 MONTHS . I AM NOT SURE IF THIS IS TRUE. ALL I HAVE SENSED FOR SHE DIDN'T WANTED TO BE BOTHERED. STAY AWAY. I DIDN'T FEEL THIS OFFICE HAD COURTESEY, KINDNESS NOR MOTIVATION TO HELP ME.
