Hi my name is Deanna Barron I took my son to the dentist today and I was overjoyed with the service that I received at the Dentist office all of my 49 years of living I have never visit a Dentist office that was so kind and so professional and it was just all I expected in a dentist office I will encourage anyone with children to visit Dr. Loretta Smith dentist office it is a good place to take your Children

Awesome people! My son feels comfortable coming here and we feel comfortable bringing him here. We've been coming for 5 years and have always had a great experience. We highly recommend Dr Smith and her entire team

This office seemed clean and professional at first" but at the first visit I saw and smelled dirty seats and carpet. The service was friendly (front desk & dental asst.). However my 3 year old was referred for 2 fillings, but Dr. Smith said my child needed 2 crowns instead. This meant more pain and perhaps anesthesia for a 3 year old, or let her be in psin for an hour. After contacting our primary dentist, whom disagreed with this, I was told to go elsewhere.

I've had two appointments scheduled with Dr. Smith. The first visit we waited at least 30 minutes after being called to see the Dr. However, the most recent visit, was downright rude! I arrived early for my daughters appoinment, so I expected to wait. However, once called we wait ONE FULL HOUR before seeing the Dr. This was simply unacceptable. It was not only rude, but was inconsiderate of our time. I can't say that I will return. If you make an appointment free your entire day

The actual procedure for my child to receive fillings went well. Once billing was complete( insurance), I found I had overpaid .I have phoned repeatedly requesting my refund . I have been told every time that they are aware of the overpayment and a check will be mailed to me. It is now January 2016, my child's dental visit was in October 2015. I think it's poor business practice to keep a patient waiting this long because of an OVERpayment on THEIR behalf. DEFINITELY won't be returning!
