Dr. Lisa Fagioletti, DMD

I have have never been stuck on a tooth so hard as fagioletti hit me whereby aggravating my tooth then telling me I needed root canal. She is Dishonest , fraudulent hostile deliberately uncooperative and under investigation by my insurance company.

I attempted to make an appointment for myself and husband for a cleaning and was told to have the Dental Service fax a letter stating that we were clients of Dr. Fagioletti. This information was faxed 3 times to the office and each time I called to make an appointment, I was told it was not received. After calling back each time, I was left on hold for 5 minutes and in each case the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. In the case of this office, the 3rd time is NOT the charm. I have decided to move forward and looking forward to connecting to a professional dental office who will appreciate me and my business. I would NOT recommend this office. ??????????

Excellent dentist, love her. Has been "on top" of my dental care since I started going to her. Tells you exactly what you need, even if you don't want to hear it. In addition her office staff are all friendly and very capable. The only dentist that I actually look forward to going to see.

I am a former patient of Dr. Fagioletti and felt the need to write this review to warn others about her and her staff. This dentist is not a skilled practitioner. If you do choose to go to Dr. Fagioletti make sure that for any procedure she says you need you should go get a second opinion. Also under HIPAA law you are entitled to your medical records. I called the front desk staff to ask for my records to be sent to me I was told, "we do not do that". When I then said that I know my rights the receptionist said she "couldn't hear me". I suggested that she listen harder or move to a quieter area because I was not going to yell. She got very upset, and said I was "not allowed to talk to her that way" and hung up the phone, which was very unprofessional. I was being reasonable, she was not. Dr. Fagioletti claims to have a process for distributing medical records but they will only send the records to another dentist and refuse to send them to an individual. This is not legal.
