Dr. Linda Shen, DDS

She popped her head in after xrays & i had a huge superball size infection..never even looked at my mouth which should have been drained at the VERY least that day! Its been since the begining of the yr since that happened ive had 2 more infections since and my own family dr had to end up finding an oral surgeon for me. Shen staff are puppets..she yells screams profanity and is extremely unprofeesional yo say the least! Messages patients from her private phone saying the call is imprtant however noone ever returns your call! Staff Lied in a message about an urgent referal as well that i needed work done asap. They never sent referral! Beware!

Definitely would not recommended her at all very unprofessional first time and didn’t even do a cleaning. Very rude lady. Talking with a nasty attitude. Wasted my time. My aunt went one time and she did a horrible job.

She is an awesum hard working girl. She can do a crown with her eyes close . Amazing skills. Everybody in the office is very friendly and bilingual. English,spanish,Russian and more.

Dr Shen treats me like family.I have had trouble with my teeth for years . I have had dentists that have made me feel very uncomfortable about my teeth that have not been in the best shape because of medical issues and financial issues... From the very first time I met Dr Shen,I fee like I'm the only one she takes care of not just another patient.. she has never led me wrong ..she tells me bluntly what needs to be done and what she can and can't do. She will never do something she's uncomfortable doing just to make a buck. She has referred me too many other doctors in the past because she was uncomfortable with my situation .I am very pleased with Dr Shen . She is always there to help me in emergency situations.she works with me because I work with her... Last year at Christmas time she opened up her office while her staff was on break,and she saw me with one of her staff ON Christmas break because my front crown fell out..She wanted me to smile on Christmas .

Waiting in car for 25 minutes PAST our appointment time with 2 kids while watching people walk rite in..

Had a appointment she said she called to confirm it when we already confirmed it when we was there and she canceled the appointment after I drove an hour I'm reporting to the Better Business Bureau and to the Dentistry because she's not following the rules and somebody made an appointment in front of your face what you need to confirm from them for

I went in because a crown came off. As a new patient, I had to have an exam and cleaning first, which was fine, because I was overdue for both. Dr. Shen never even bothered to look inside my mouth, saying the x-rays told her all she needed to know. She never did an exam, never did any actual work. I was appalled at her indifference and lack of professionalism.

I have been to many dentists and I am thrilled with Dr. Shen, very professional and knows how to numb the nerve instantly. Dr. Wende takes 20 minutes to semi-numb after 2 shots and by the time you walk out of the office it starts to get completely numb.. I shouldn't have to be in pain the whole time because he doesn't know what he is doing. These are the best and worst dentist I have been 2. Dr. Shen is very honest about your mouth even though I do not want 2 hear it.

Long wait times, assistants do all prep work only for dentist to pop her head in the room to give advice as to what needs to be done. Bad first time experience. Will not be going back.

Seriously terrible! Yell and saids inappropriate rude comments to me about my teeth

She ruined my front teeth. I looked like Bucky Beaver. Also, she gave my husband TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE dentures that are too big! She's horrible.

I went to dr Shen after being unhappy with my previous dentist; it was nice because I had considerable amounts of work to be done due to dry mouth from medications. She was able to finish the work in 4 visits. It's been 7 months since, all the fillings have fallen out & my teeth are breaking. I have massive gaps in my mouth now, and due to her drilling most of the teeth away, I will need veneers & implants to correct the issues. Never had problems with my teeth in the past..please be cautious
