Soon to retire
I have been using Dr. Carroll for over 10 years and until 2023 my experience was excellent, however, in 2023 Dr. Carroll decided to soon retire and has reportedly sold his practice and now everything has changed. No one answers the telephone, the staff knows their days are numbered so they no longer care, and following my recent root canal I received bills for things that would generally be a part of a root canal, and even though I paid the full amount due at the time of the procedure I am now being billed for things like x-rays. A very sad end to a great career. Pick someone else.

Would recommend 100%
Had an apico procedure done this a.m. I was very apprehensive prior to; however, the minute I walked through the door I was greeted by the sweetest lady behind the desk. Dr. Carroll, Ms Mavis, and the others in the back are so so nice and caring too. Dr Carroll kept checking on me throughout procedure and after said “You survived” haha. He def has a way with calming your nerves if you have dental anxiety. He’s super laid back, efficient, and quick. It was over in no time. Would recommend 100%.

Absolutely... I was so worried about going to have a root canal but Dr Carroll and his staff were amazing. I knew I was in the right place from the very first phone call to them.

This guy is the Man when it comes to root canals. They are lined up on each side of the hall of his office. Not sure why people trip out over a root canal. He did a molar for me and it was a cake walk. Literally painless.

Dr. Carroll did a root canal procedure on me this morning. He made sure I felt no pain, was friendly and sympathetic to my problem. I was dreading the procedure but he did great. I highly recommend him.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Carroll to get a root canal before installing a crown on a tooth I was trying to save about a year ago. I was having a problem with that tooth a couple of days ago. Went back to my dentist, he referred me back to Carroll to take a look at it. He didn't even come to the window to explain anything, just told the nurse to tell me all he could do was pull it. Beware of his high priced professionalism!!!

I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Carroll. Both times I had root canals done. I did not experience any pain during either procedure. He provided me a prescription for pain medications but I did not need to take any. I had some minor pain the day after but Tylenol was effective.

Had to have 2 root canals in a 5 day period. Dr. Carroll was VERY good. No pain.... Also, only a little soreness afterwards. Dr. Carroll also was concerned enough to ask me to call back that afternoon to let them know if the pain was gone.... Each one of my appointments was not really an appointment it was a "work in", however, I was seen within 30 minutes or earlier than the time they told me to be there for the work in. I will continue to use Dr. Carroll!

I waited for well over 3 hours past my appointment time for a root canal. No one touched base with me or apologized for my wait. Then, I was scolded by the doctor for wanting to know how much more time my procedure would take because I needed to be home to get my kids from school. Sadly, my root canal ended up in extraction. I went in 4 months later for a checkup and it took them almost two full months to get back to me with the results. Overworked, over-scheduled, and unhappy office.

Very good. He cares about each persons needs and takes time. You don't feel uncomfortable he gives me a blanket when I'm cold and as far as pain...none! He definitely numbs it well and eliminates the problem no matter what. He is very understanding and patient. I've been there 4 times and will keep him as long as he is in business! Denise ??

Nightmare visit. I was in waiting after having a appt. for 9:30 - 11:30. After n hour he redid the xray and said it may be cracked, but he would do the root canal first to see and then do extraction if needed. 30 min. later he came in and gave me three shots. Left.1 pm. I asked for gas for my nerves, no one put a timer on it and I got a headache before he came back in and yanked the tooth upwards at 2:00, I screamed. Two more shots, patted me and said lucky you. I got up 2:45 in pain and left.

Dr Carroll's patient care is some of the best I have ever received! I had to call after hours and he was very kind and did not make me feel like I bothered him at all. He was just that nice in the office as well.
