Terrible service
I’ve never had so much trouble with a provider when it comes to billing. Too much details to tell here, but, in summary, be aware that their billing process is inefficient and burden to patients. And the way they handle issues is unprofessional and rude. Make sure not to leave a message at billing extension because they claim not to have a billing personal and those msgs are not monitored. Use the appointment ext. to reach Ms. Melissa. Or better yet, find another dentist with more helpful staff. Good luck!

Dr Ward and her entire staff are simply AMAZING! Several years ago I had a traumatic experience with another dentist and was afraid to go for treatment for some time. Dr Ward reassured me that she and her team would take good care of me...and they have! The best part is it's PAIN FREE, and very affordable even offering in-house payment plans. They do absolutely amazing work! You will be in good hands. Thanks so much Dr Ward, you've restored my faith in denistry. See ya soon!??

This is an amazing dental office. Dr. Ward and her employees are extremely efficient, very gentle and very aware of the patients comfort. I actually looking forward to going to the dentist because the office is fun. Make an appointment and go. You will be happy to be there.
