Dr. Laura Motta, DDS

Dr. Satoski claimed my 8-yr old needs a filling for a baby tooth. Without coming to get me and explain things to me when she made the discovery, she sent her assistant out after the appointment wrapped up and she began seeing someone else. I told the assistant I wanted to speak with her and was left in the hallway for over 10-mins before I left. Extremely inconsiderate of one's time. She called the next day 2-mins prior to closing so of course I could not get in touch when her when I called back. We are still yet to speak with her 4-days later. My wife just called at 8am when opening and was told she is seeing patients. In the past, prior dentist would come get the parent and discuss as soon as an issue was discovered. It seems Dr. Satoski just thinks we should sign up to let her ring the cash register one more time when it may not be necessary. It's a baby tooth that is going to come out anyways. Is this really necessary? Hard to tell since she will not speak and show us the X-ray.

Wonderful! Incredibly selfless and so caring towards the parents and most importantly the patient/child! Her first priority are her patients/children that she treats. I could not speak more highly of this Doctor/person. Our son had an extraction and he later told me how nice the doctor was and how he loved the entire staff. The entire staff proved one of a kind!
