Dr. Jones speaks to you and your child in a very conscending manner and tone. My child is no longer a patient at Mainstreet because of her. The staff has always been great but it's obviously theres even tension with the staff now. She may be qualified to be a dentist but definitely lacks the empathy, compassion and patience needed for pediatric dentistry.

This woman should not be in pediatrics. No compassion for children whatsoever. So extremely rude and heartless. I would never recommend this woman to anyone, she needs to be let go ASAP. She violates the hippocratic oath.
