The lady in the office just absolute rude. The answers the phone with asking questions about Insurance . She is just flat out rude. I called and asked about guardian life insurance and they are a provider and they refused to say that they are when they even shows into the insurance when you look up Mr. Small Office online it has insurance of all the insurance they have available is very sad. This office does not accept any other Insurance when there are a provider simply take it off if you’re not gonna be provider on any different insurance companies if you’re only gonna set Medicaid.

I saw a couple bad reviews about this place and this is not fair. The front desk lady was ok and professional, the doctor Small very nice and professional. No complaints at all. Thank you Dr. Small!

Terrible time management and speak with your for 1 min and send you on your way in extreme pain only to make another appointment 5 days later. Appointment was at 3:30 and I didn’t get in until after 5:00. The receptionist is absolutely atrocious and shouldn’t work with the public whatsoever

I can't speak for the doctor, but I can say the reception is is extremely unpleasant to speak to. She comes across very callous and cold. Would recommend replacing as she is the face of your business. Retraining at the very least.

Can’t get an emergency visit and treatment in there same day?! As much as I don’t mind paying for the x ray and exam in cash I would mind not getting a temporary tooth made the same day. So there will be no. Is it since the front office let me know that this office is not equipped to produce a temporary fix for a broken front tooth.
