During removal of a temporary crown, the dental assistant damaged a neighboring crown and did not report it. I found out the next day after the numbness wore off and found myself chewing on my broken crown. This resulted in the need for a crown replacement to fix the damage in addition to the initial crown work underway. Dentist dropped me as a patient (via certified letter) because I requested they take responsibility for the issue at no cost to me. They ultimately replaced the damaged crown and left me without a follow-up or a dentist. Questionable employees and practice.
