Dr. Kyonghwa Jung, DMD

Dr. Jung and her staff are courteous, professional, accommodating, flexible, and genuinely considerate. My son and I have been going to Jung Dental for seven years now! My teeth are in the best shape they've been in since I was a teen.

Can't speak for the rest of the staff but every time I get a call from this office, this person Rachel is incredibly dull, unprofessional, uninterested, and not cooperative. Please teaach her some professionalism.

A tooth that the patient did not want to be treated was treated, and a tooth that was not mentioned next to it was treated. Then, the doctor and the receptionist with flippers to explain to the patient. In the end, I didn't get an apology, I don't want to go again, and if someone asks me to go, I just want to tell them not to go there.

They don't care about patients at all, the front desk even admitted that they are so busy and have many patients so they do non-satisfactory job and rush patients in and out and in and out. Absolutely terrible custom care or concern and I would never recommend anyone here. They dont care so you should goto a place that does, and they do a terrible job of cleaning and the dentist just leaves as if she got better things to do. Absolute horror show.

Terrible service

Dr. Jung was excellent. Very caring, kind and professional. The receptionist and staff were kind and very responsive to my inquiry. My dad visited first and we were happy with her treatment. Now all our family members go to Dr. Jung for the treatment! Highly recommended.

The receptionist is very unkind and the doctor jsut looked at the Xray and didn't even look at my teeth and told me that I needed to do the deep cleaning. I told her that I have food allergy problem, but she didn't listen to me. Insurance denied because of no medical history, then I asked if the doctor can do the regular scaling and the receptionist refused. I tried to go other doctor but they told me to come after 6 month to get covered by insurance. So I called them again to get the regular scaling and the receptionist told me to find another doctor who can fit me well.
