Billed for exam did not do- did not look in mouth.
I went for yearly exam and cleaning. Got teeth cleaned and during this time he said do you have any complaints. I said no and he walked out and did not look in my mouth or view any condition of teeth and charged my insurance according to the office I spoke to this morning. Not truthful to bill for services not provided. I am reporting. Would not recommend. Medicare was also charged.
