Dr. Kyle O'Donnell, DDS

With a history of many dental visits and dental work over the years, I believe Dr O’Donnell is, by far, one of the best dentists I’ve gone to. In one of my first visits, he pulled a broken molar (painlessly) and prepared the space for an implant. Later he referred me to a specialist due to something he noted during a routine exam. The specialist was also exceptional. They worked together to repair and restore my tooth. The reason for my rating is the way Dr O’Donnell demonstrates his skill and knowledge. He’s a superb dentist who is thorough, skilled and has depth of field in his practice. By that I mean, at the same time that he was merging his practice with another, (and during Covid!) he staffed his office with hygienists and office personnel who are well trained and dedicated to quality patient care. He also serves patients by retaining professional relationships with peers and specialists.

The crown came off one of my back teeth on the bottom - leaving very sharp points on the part of the existing tooth that had been under the crown. So I called Dr. O'Donnell. He was able to work me in the same afternoon - although his schedule was very busy. The process of putting on another temporary crown took quite some time. Dr. O'Donnell was extremely patient and managed to take care of me in between other patient appointments. I was amazed at the time he spent with me - including staying later after his office was closing. I have always been very pleased with Dr. O'Donnell's service/dental care in the past. But to work me in to his schedule on a very last-minute basis - and to spend the time he spent with me was amazing! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

Cancels appointments on patients way too much. Never remembers to write prescriptions or call them in for thrush medicine. Office staff never returns phone calls. Ever since Dr. Theobald retired, this dentistry practice has tanked. Hygienist no pain Lorraine is gone too. No follow through or follow ups. I gave them so many chances to see if it was just a blip but alas we had to leave this office. Do not waste your time. If you do, this punk dentist will waste your time. Way overpriced as well.

Dr. O'Donnell is absolutely the best dentist I have ever had. Before going to Dr. O'Donnell I had a great fear of dental work, but he is so skilled I feel very calm when I'm in his care. He is extremely caring and even calls in the evenings to check on patients after more complicated procedures. Dr. O'Donnell's kindness extends to not only his patients, the staff clearly recognize and comment on what a special dentist and person he is.

I relocated from Texas recently and are very please to find a dental practice that makes me feel right at home. Dr. O'Donnell and entire staff are very professional, friendly, and caring regarding oral concerns and urgent dental needs. Happy to be a new patient at Willow Creek.
