Dr. Kurt Holmes, DDS

My name is Patrick Sanders I went to Dr. Kurt Holmes dentist office on Tuesday 08-25-2020 at 9:00am. I have cigna health insurance which pays for regular or routine dental cleaning for free twice a year. The nurse said to me that I needed a deep cleaning which is an additional $160.00 out of pocket cost. I explain to the nurse that times are hard for me right now, because of the coronavirus, and I cannot afford the additional out of pocket cost of $160.00. I ask her can i get a regular free cleaning today and when i get some extra money i will come back. The nurse said no and refuse to give me a regular teeth cleaning which would have been free. This office procedures are simply "AWFUL" to refuse someone for a regular cleaning and to refuse to do any type of dental cleaning just to get extra money and tells the customer they need a deep cleaning once you are at the office, they could have told me this prior to coming to the office. they deserve a minus zero rating.???

I’ve been a patient here since I was a small child (I’m 25 now). They have my full support and recommendation! I especially love my long time hygienist Tracie. I’ve temporarily relocated and I travel just to see them. I wouldn’t feel comfortable allowing anyone else to care for my smile!

I have repeatedly received excellent customer service and dental care through Dr. Holmes and his staff.

I was visiting relatives in Memphis when I got a terrible tooth pain. I called many offices and no one could see me. I called Dr Holmes office, and they got me in that morning. I didn't have a long wait, and Dr Holmes got my pain under control immediately so that I'd be ok until I could get home to my dentist. In fact, he contacted my dentist at home to let him know what was going on. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable! I'd highly recommend this practice to anyone in Memphis

Dr. Holmes is a honest and amazing doctor. I've been going to him for years and he has always been very gentle and professional. I would definitely recommend him

Dr. Kurt Holmes is the stupid and arrogant dentist ever. He just wants to make money from you. The first time I went to him, he told me that atleast 12 of my teeth need root canal. That's almost half my mouth. I said let's just take care of the one I came from. That was 2 years ago. I went again to him couple of days ago as I had sensitivity in one tooth. And he said that he needs to do a root canal for 2 teeth. I went to another dentist. So don't throw your money, don't go to Dr. Holmes!!!
