Never saw her but she is on my bill. Apparently, she does not take my insurance even though I was assured at least three times at Broomfield Dental Group that they took my insurance. This is a scam.

You owe me $100 from overpayment!
I came into your office in Broomfield on June 5 for a cleaning and check up. The cleaning and check up were fine but your office overcharged me $100 and every time I called in and talk to Petra she refuses to do anything and now just hangs up on me. Since I can’t get in contact with you by phone. I am leaving this message here. So no I will not recommend this office to anyone. Talk to Petra if you want to know what’s going on because she’s a a terrible person, and very rude on the phone. You can go ahead and cancel my next appointment!!!
