My experience here was great. The staff treats you like family and they made the process of getting a pano done easy. I recommend if you like a comfortable and clean environment. All of the staff are very kind and caring.

This place is truly a nightmare in the very midst of this pandemic. That is unfortunate. I originally came into this practice last year and had some minor work done. It was okay back then. I mean nothing to really to complain about, other than this Office Manager Jennifer H. begging me to write a positive review “as soon as I got home”. I just couldn’t bring myself to do that. This year my intuition was right on the money. Did I say money? Indeed I did. I have some issues with three of my teeth that are particularly painful. I unfortunately ignored this for too long. What I came in for was to have this corrected. Nothing more really. What I walked out with was some ridiculous sales pitch I fell for for $30,000 worth of cosmetic work. Stupid me, right? Working in tandem with Dr. Karbasi, this Jennifer is not there to help you with your chief complaint whatsoever. Instead, taking CLEAR ADVANTAGE of someone who was in pain so they could get a kickback-while I stay in pain

Dr K is a wonderful and caring dentist.He takes his time with patients and explains everything in detail and the staff is very friendly and thinks of you as family. I could not have wished for better care. Thank you Dr. K and Linda!

I highly recommend this amazing office. Dr karbasi is friendly and made me very comfortable. The staff is professional and very caring . This is my dentist forever.

My experiences at this practice have sent me running for the door. If you are a women who doesn't like patronizing doctors who call address them as honey and dear and sweetie, and who is always putting his hand on your shoulder while he calls you these endearments, you may want to go elsewhere. if you don't want a dental assistant who tells you she "hates" having to match the crown color to existing teeth because she is "so bad at it", again -- go elsewhere. My two new crowns are several shades lighter than my other teeth -- no surprise. If you don't want to have a cavity described as "very small" filled and then need to be redone a month later, and then have the new filling fall out two months after that, you may want to go elsewhere. Now this "very small" cavity has turned into a tooth that will need extensive repair, which may not be covered by my insurance because that tooth has already been filled this year.
