She simply is not a good dentist. She calls natural indentions cavities and just fills and bills however often she can. In the three years that I was her patient, the entirety of my benefits were used. She put in one crown crooked and said she would fix it, then kept putting it off. Recommended another crown that I don’t think I actually needed, but was super high pressure about it and I ended up spending three months trying to get that one right before I asked my insurance to investigate and refund so I could get crown made immediately onsite at Dr. McKinley’s office. If you still have reservations about going to her — delta dental did refund her charges. Also, she has no respect for anyone’s time- a fact well known in the office. I agree with the idea of questioning her ability to have a license. I have the pleasure today of seeing an endodontist - she killed the nerve in my tooth and I might need a root canal- Best of all - she still won't release my records.
