I've coming to Dr Harper for over 28 years. I've always been treated fairly and professionally by Dr Harper and her staff.

I have moderate to severe dental anxiety due to a childhood experience. I took the entire day off for my scheduled root canal. Upon arrival (I was on time) the receptionist informed me that they didn't have the nitrous to perform my operation. I waited for 15 minutes for the company to supply the nitrous. They didn't bring the right chemicals so my operation had to be rescheduled. As much as dentistry costs, I expect professionalism. I suggest you look elsewhere.

Dr. Harper is extremely unprofessional. She berates her employees within eat shot of patients and is snippy with patients if they do not accept her recommended treatment with question. Although some employees have stuck it out for years, she is still hostile and ugly speaking when she is in an ill mood. Only working 3 days a week, one would think she could make a better effort to appear happy.

Office staff is totally inept. If they paid more attention to their jobs and less about recent gossip they would not overcharge and LIE to patients. I was overcharged $200 because they failed to tell me they were not on Humanas list of providers even though I made it very clear that was my insurance provider. All they care about is how much money they can bring in!
