I recently visited Alexander Dentistry after having went 12 years without going to the dentist! I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring I felt comfortable and at ease. The office itself is modern, clean, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology.Dr. Alexander is truly outstanding. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure, addressing all my concerns with patience and expertise. Their gentle touch and attention to detail made the experience virtually pain-free, which is something I had never thought possible at a dentist's office.Her assistant Shandi (I could very well be spelling her name wrong, if so I apologize lol) was equally impressive, providing thorough cleanings and offering valuable advice on maintaining oral health. My wife went here for a cleaning for the first time since having Anthem Insurance. She asked if they accept Anthem and was told yes. They waited until she was checking out to tell her that they are not In Network with Anthem. Long story short...cost me $140.40 out of pocket for a service that would have and should have been free if she was at an in network dentist. Dr. Kim and her staff are always conscience and gentle. They all go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and put you at ease during cleanings and/or treatment. They are always willing to help with any question or problem you have.

I have an extreme jaw disorder which makes it very painful to go to the dentist. Dr. Alexander and their entire staff have given me the BEST care ever!!! I also have a childhood fear of dental care from someone who was not very caring , but Dr. Alexander is so awesome I have no fear when I walk in their door. Absolutely Awesome!!!!!!!!

Dr. Alexander is my dentist and has been for years. Even though I no longer live in Indiana, I go back to get my check-ups and periodontal maintenance care done by her and her staff. They are warm, caring and give the best compassionate care as well as take into consideration the cost of treatment when making recommendations. In other words, you can plan on paying a reasonable price and not get ripped off or sold procedures that you don't need.
