Dr. Khalil Orsborn, DDS

Dr Khalil Orsborn is an compassionate person toward the service. His staff under the direction of his wife will be the collapse of his business. The staff are rude from Dee Bell and others. This establishment makes it hard to support Black Own Business with the capricious and brutal administration

The new and good reviews on other sites that are real customers...just wait for it. The other good reviews are fake. The responses to everyone who wrote a bad review is Ashley...his wife. Dr. O's wife is going to cause his business to crumble. They are rude and overpriced. I was in braces for 5 years. When my bottom braces were taking off and I was not satisfied...my husband hand to pay additional money before Dr.O put them back on. He charged 4 office visits at $75 a piece. Then attempted to make me pay $95 for a retainer repair and $150 for a replacement. Retainer repair and replacement were included in my paid in full (way before my treatment ended), original contract - signed and dated five years ago. When I refused to pay , his wife refused me service going forward..keep in mind... that we already paid for after I demanded a refund. (I presented contract)Delta Dental is just as bad and useless. It's not over and the gates of hell will not prevail. Victory will be in my favor.

Dr. Orsborn is rude and arrogant. He is a total ripoff. At the consultation his assistant (probably under his direction of course) charged me for 3 retainers. How does he know how many retainers are needed and he didn't even start the treatment plan yet? 4 years later, I now have to go elsewhere (and pay more money) to have Dr. Orsborn's error fixed which entails more braces due to the teeth shifting because Dr. Orsborn and the staff did not put on a retainer. He didn't even apologize for his mistake. He actually was VERY RUDE and tried to dismiss me by writing a check (which I did not accept). After consulting with a person that worked for an orthodontist, I was informed a person should not be charged for retainers until after treatment however orthodontist do it all the time because patients are unaware they are not supposed to be charged. RUN RUN RUN FAR AWAY FROM Dr. Orsborn

The appointments here are scheduled way too close together, basically right on top of eachother. You're rushed through your appointment. I don't know anyone that wants to pay thousands of dollars for treatment to be rushed through an appointment you only have once a month for an hour or 2 tops. They will make you wait into your appointment time but if you're late or can't make it they will charge you $20. Please shop around and be careful where you spend your money because once you're braced her

The staff is consistently friendly and professional. Dr. Orsborn is wonderful. He runs a practice with fair pricing, flexibility in appointment scheduling and excellent results. There is even a rewards program for youth that follow dental care instructions. My second child is currently under their care. I highly recommend this practice for orthodontics.

Dr.orsborn is very friendly. Great and personal with the parient. However, he is extremely expensive and over charges everyone for braces. He charges $4000 regardless if you get a complete set or partial and recommends the same wearing time for everyone making your out of pocket cost unnecessarily high and stuck with paying far more than you should
