Dr. Kevin Xue, DDS

Absolutely terrifying experience. Although the office staff and manager are compassionate and helpful. This surgeon is rude, aggressive, and lacks common bedside manner.

Went to Aspen dental for tooth extractions, two dentists over TWO DAYS worked on my two teeth but only removed one. Was told I would be put to sleep I was awake. Tooth that originally had no issues now is swollen and half removed causing excessive pain and causing difficulty to eat breathe and swallow. Attempted to resolve but company has not been helpful and bringing this issue to a close and completing the procedure as was diagnosed. As a result I am still out of work and unable to pay bills and take care of family. Dr Xue was very rude from the onset, I've read a review of someone who saw him the same day I did and the review was almost identical. Very unprofessional, when contacted about pain post op was very condescending and told me "I was just trying to get it of going back to work" I have already contacted several lawyers in regards as well as read prior reviews, most accusing and affirming Dr Xue's bad attitude uproffesionalism, horrible matters and complications afterwards.

HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNERS! My daughters Dentist referred us to Doctor Xue to review her xrays for an oral (extraction) consultation. We went to this appointment, which turned out to be a very expensive 5 minute fiasco! Red flags were going off right from the start of the appointment, and he didn't even know what we were there for. He was very rude and condescending! For most of the appointment he spoke to us with his back turned, and he made us feel like we were wasting the 5 minutes of his time spent with us. Other reviews show that this is not a first incident of him treating patients poorly. There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for being disrespectful, and for horrible bedside manners! He should either have the humility to seek counceling for his behavior, or do everyone a favor and retire!

The best oral surgeon!

If you're anxious like me, AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. I have no doubts in his ability, he obviously knows what he is doing but his bedside manner is absolutely shocking. He was snappy with me and actually pretty aggressive, and I was so nervous but he pushed me over and I actually ended up having a panic attack. Didn't explain anything to me, just went to go stick the IV straight into my arm. Didn't even talk to him afterwards, and I had a couple of questions to ask but never got them answered.

Terrible experience. My son showed signs of an infection after undergoing wisdoteeth extraction. This doctor told me based on a photo from my phone my son was fine. Ended up taking my son to see another professional who actually took his temperature and examined him to take care of the infection. Would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I would never go to this place again. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor at any kind of office ever. First of all, it felt like a rite aid pharmacy, secondly I waited over 2 hours for a 5 min consultation. Additionally I waited so long because my doctor was in surgery and there were complications. I was going there to have surgery... I was terrified. I walked out of there and made sure to make it clear to the doctor that I wasn't getting my surgery done there.
