The worst people I ever met!
If I could give zero stars, I would. First, they charge twice the amount the insurance and them have agreed on. Then, if you question their pricing and ask for an itemized list. They tell you to go somewhere else. They have a lady there who deals with insurance and pricing and says they don't do itemized pricing. Orthodontist are different from doctors' offices, and they don't have to follow what the insurance says. I know people in my area don't have much choice unless they want to drive 45 minutes, and this practice knows this. People beware they are overcharging and will tell you to leave no matter where you are at in procedure or even if it is a child as a patient.
