DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! My daughter was having health issues and was trying to get in touch with her dr before being put under for fillings. They told us that didn’t matter that she either came to the appointment or we’d be charged $700. Attitude the whole time we were on the phone talked to us like we’re stupid. Just called today letting us know the appointment is tomorrow. Said it didn’t matter what concerns we had she either came or we’d be charged

He told me my son add two cavities that he needed to be surgically put to sleep to fix them. Well the day of the surgery he came in with seven teeth in a bottle stating that they were all loose so he just extracted them and there was no cavities. I have heard several people say that he has done the same thing to their kids I would stay far away from him

I took my daughter to the dentist today and he spent under a minute with her before saying she was wasting his time. She has high functioning autism, but autism aside I don't think that it's uncommon for a child to be afraid at the dentist. If you have a child who is afraid of the dentist, or who might need reassurance before opening their mouth for a stranger, this dentist is not for you. I wish I could explain in depth what happened with this dentist but sadly this comment box is too small.

The regular cleanings our son should have been receiving (5 years old) were just quick glances in the mouth and an everything looks okay. No actual cleaning. Two months after one of these checkups, we noticed a cavity ourselves and brought him back in. Turned out he had several severe cavities that required surgery to repair, and Dr Showvaker, not knowing he'd just seen him 2 months earlier, said that these cavities would've been at least 6 months in the making.
