Doesn't have the courtesy to return phone calls
I was a patient of Dr. Krause and Krause Dental Center for about 15 years. My two kids were also patients. I left because I asked that he return my phone call. I asked more than once. He refused to return my call. Do the math. One patient, twice a year for 15 years and then adding two young kids for several years too. We were responsible for thousands in revenue for his practice. One simple phone call could have retained us as patients. One.

Great Dental Care
Dr. Krause has been practicing for decades and he is fantastic at his job! He’s extremely detailed oriented & his bed side manner is calm, friendly, & helpful.
