Dr. Kevin Eubanks, DMD

Our family has been with Dr. Eubanks practice for 17 years. Are still very happy with them. They are very efficient, always polite and friendly, and answer all our questions. I also appreciate that they are respectful of our individual wishes and opinions of how we want to do things even if it isn't their regular routine. Very grateful for their practice and would highly reccomend them.

I love Dr. Eubanks and his staff. I had a problem with a chipped front tooth, and they got me in quickly and fixed it. His office assistant, who is is his wife, was very friendly and kept checking to make sure that I was comfortable and if i needed anything. I highly recommend this practice.

My family has been seeing Dr. Eubanks for over 12 years and couldn't be happier. His staff is extremely kind and helpful, you never have to wait long to be seen, and Kevin is, by far, the most skillful and competent dentist I have ever used. I highly recommend Dr. Eubanks and his staff to anyone moving into the Aiken area (or any longtime resident) in search of excellent dental care.

I would not recommend this office. The office staff rude and discounted my concerns, rather than even pretending to ask the dentist and call me back with advice. The person answering the phone kept insisting I had a temporary crown, even as I attempted to say permanent was placed a week ago. Responded “Oh, that’s not documented yet.” However, they had been paid in full. The temp crown yanked off “saw it was hurting, so I pulled it off quickly as could” PAIN!! I have never been treated like that

My experience with Dr. Eubanks was outstanding. He did what my first Dentist wasn't able to do and that was to get the job done right and it was done right the first time. I had a full set of dentures made from Dr. Eubanks and I couldn't be happier with the results. If you are considering a Dentist for yourself and/or family or thinking about switching Dentists you will absolutely not be disappointed with Dr. Eubanks. His staff is great also, very willing to help in whatever way they can. A 10.

The entire office team is patient friendly and highly competent.

I have been seeing Dr Eubanks regularly since he opened his office on Waterloo street. You are always seen at exactly your appointment time - never have to wait in the waiting room. I am pleased with the quality of his work and his willingness to give me good answers to my detailed questions. If you see him regularly you shouldn't have any problems, but if you do have a problem he can arrange to work you in before you have to suffer.
