Dr. Kenneth Siegel, DMD

His staff are a group of sweet and amazing women. The Doctor however was rude, arrogant and condescending. He would not listen to what I was explaining to him in fact he told me what worked for another patient and that is what I needed to do, when I tried to explain what was wrong. He then dismissed me with a wave of his hand as if be were shooing a fly and walked out of the room. He said my issues weren't dental, yet said he could see swelling in my gums and didn't bother to try to treat it. I've never been treated so badly by a dentist. I will NEVER go back there and will NEVER recommend anyone to him. The only reason he go the 2 stars out of me is because of his amazing staff. If I could rate just them, they'd get 4 stars and he would get 0.

Dr. Siegel is fine. They said I canceled an appointment 2 years ago and now owe $108 before they’ll release my records. The appointment was canceled but within the allotted time frame. This place is more concerned about the finances than they are the relationships with their patients.

I have extensive experience with Dr. Siegel's office and entire staff. I have never been to a more efficient, friendly and caring dentist in my 82 years. They treat you with expertise and and a desire to make your app't. as pleasant as possible. I have already recommended his practice to several friends. Dr. Siegel is a genius and only wish I could have had found him and his office earlier. thank you to all!

Dr. Siegel & his associates are all very friendly and courteous. They do a thorough job of explaining everything, and inquire as to your questions and comfort throughout. Definitely recommended.

I am a fairly new patient at Dental Excellence. I continue to be very impressed with Dr Seigel and his entire staff. They couldn't be more friendly, warm and always concerned with whether or not u are feeling any discomfort...which I never do. They are highly professional and perfectionists in their work using state of the art dental equipment. I would highly recommend this practice and don't even fear going to the dentist anymore!

I went for a second opinion everyone was so nice and helpful and my problem was evaluated with the upmost professionalism. Dr. SEGAL explained everything to me in detail so I had a full understanding of my problem. More then I can say about my previous dentist!! I would highly recommend this dental practice!

Dr. Siegel and his team are caring, kind and helpful. They take their time, listen to any concerns, answer all questions and provide excellent service and results. Great results for cleanings, cavity, a crown and a better smile. I had problems with a temporary crown and they fit me in and worked to get that tooth right. Missy did an outstanding job on my 6 month smile straightening. Dr. Siegel went out of his way to make sure I am comfortable during root canal, cavity and crown. Great team

Everyone at Dr. Siegel's office is very friendly and courteous. I enjoyed my consultation with Missy and Dr. Siegel. My recommended dental care was explained to me in a way I found easy to understand. The office is very neat, clean and attractive. Setting up my appointment and receiving reminders was effortless. In short, the whole office is run very efficiently and professionally.

Since I left a review on Facebook I'll leave one on here too, to let people know how great this journey was. I kid you not he made my smile transform; I now want to smile more often and show off my teeth! Before I hated to smile because my teeth were so short and all stained up. But now you can't get me to stop smiling! I might even come back to get my lower half done.... once the first set is paid off haha. But I hope to see you all soon and thanks again for transforming my smile!
