Very disappointed. My positive comments have been used for many years. I wish I could have them removed. I do not feel there is good care anymore and I am greatly saddened to leave a poor review. A device was not fitted properly and now it appears more work needs to be done. I wish we had never gone there. It truly breaks my heart as I do feel there was a time when we could truly recommend this place. Not anymore.

Eleven months, work I paid $18,000 for upfront still not done.
Given two checks for $4,000 each as partial refund. Both bounced and they refuse to make good on them despite three weeks of working with them.
Filing charges tomorrow.
