I am not at all happy with my continuing sage with this office. My son went in March of 2016. The office staff took my son's CC, billed him $1000.00. Dentist have always sent the bill to your insurance and then got reimbursed by them. But not this guy. Delta Dental refused the bill, since it was surgery, must be sent to my health ins. carrier first. I went back to the office, and they said they would send the claim. MY CARRIER STILL HAS NOT REC. A LEDGEABLE CLAIM from these people. OMG it's NOV!
