Dr. Kenneth Lapolla, DDS

Quit going after 25 years. In the beginning he was so nice and courteous. Seem genuinely concerned with my dental needs. I brought my children when they became of age to get dental care and he was a gem. I don't what the heck happened. But through the years he became distant and unconcerned with my issues. I quit going. My daughter continued. Now she wished she hadn't. She suffers from severe anxiety and asked if there was anything they could do for her to ease her anxiety on her next visit, he just treated her like shyt! Telling her "It was her fault" and that she does it to herself....... For someone in the 'medical field' this is unacceptable. Maybe it is time for him to retire......

Pulled a molar sent me home in terrible pain a d infection and left a root half in still. He's always in a hurry. Does not apply topical on gums before giving injections...very painful!! Dr. LaPolla has no compassion and alwaus blames thi gs on the patient. He just blows through the 6 month examine. Highly disappointed with him. Went a got a new dentist today!!!

Horrible dentist. My wife and I went here and we both had a horrific experience. I had a filling done and it was a sloppy super fast job. That usually goes hand in hand. Filling was very rough and is still very uncomfortable in my mouth. My wife who has never had a cavity went for a cleaning. They told her she had a cavity so with trust she let them take care of it. She has had pain in her tooth ever since. Our cleanings were very poorly done. Quick and sloppy like the fillings. They dont seem to like kids either. They are very unfriendly and un-personable people. You are truly just another number here. I am saving you the time and agrivation. The good reviews from this site and others are fake in my opinion.

Excellent staff and efficiently run office, best experience ever having work done, my nervousness was completely unnecessary (and handled perfectly by Dr. Lapolla!).

I love Dr. Lapolla. He's a great dentist but one of his receptionists is extremely condescending and sometimes flat out rude, I have never seen her smile. Everyone else in the office is very nice and helpful.

The guy is just not very nice at all. Rushes through your visits and ruined one of my teeth. He failed to fill it properly which caused me severe pain. When I asked to get in immediately I was told to come in in 30 days. I ended up going to my old dentist and paid cash. I've been to many dentists over the years with changing insurance and LaPolla has to be the worst. Did I mention how rude he is? I wouldn't take my dog to that guy!

Not a very good visit. Seems like always in a hurry. Work not very good. Hurt my son made him cry and pretty much threw us out of office said he said crying couldn't do anything so told me he was done with him to take home somewhere else don't want to see him no more. He was to get a filling
