His bedside manners are terrible. He does explain anything nor gives an update on your child's teeth. His nurses are even ruder. My son coughed in the background while they called to check to see if we were still coming due to the weather and she stated that they would have to reschedule his appointment because he sounds sick and we were 10 minutes from the office.

They were very difficult to schedule an appointment with. They wouldn't see a new patient in the afternoon or on Monday's or Friday's. My 4 year old son is in school and I didn't want to have to check him out of school so early. I am a single mom and I work as an architect in Oxford and had a meeting come up. My father who has permission to pick my kids up from school daily drove my son and daughter to Tupelo and they wouldn't see him for an exam.

Wonderful!
So pleased with the hygienist from today's visit (did not catch her name) & the service. Dr. Johnson also performed 2 unfortunate extractions on my 4 year old back in August of 2018 which required being put to sleep & everything went great. He explained everything well & made us feel confident & comfortable. The surgery was quick & really there wasn't a recovery, so to speak, because it went so well it's like the procedure never even took place.

The staff and Dr. Johnson are excellent. They made my son feel comfortable. We did not have to wait and treatment was quick. My son had a tooth pulled and had to get the numbing injections. He never cried once. We will be using them regularly now.

We have been using Dr Johnson for 13+ years and we absolutely love him and his amazing staff!! Always super friendly and professional. Very thorough. Love the new office as well!! Very modern and easily accessible.They are amazing!! Especially good with the kids who have anxieties about going!! Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a pediatric dentist!!
