I really liked Dr. Nickson, she was very pleasant. I had no pain with fillings or tooth extraction. I did develop a small infection about a week later, but she took care of that promptly and encouraged me to call her if I had any further problems or questions. She was very gentle with me and I am a coward. I felt like she always had my interest in mind. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

It was an aweful experience. If I could review without a star I would. My husband and I went on for exam & exrays. The hygienists were awesome, but Nickson never looked in our mouths or individual teeth. Relief in the X-ray inly. I returned for the fillings. She gave shots of Novocain on my under lip only. She waited 30 min to return. When she drilled I felt bad pain. So she repeated the shot in the under lip not in the gum where the nerves are. So she gave MORE Novocain in 2 areas. None in gum

She was rough. After the Novocain I had to sit for another 30-40 minutes before she returned. She never spoke, not one word. She sat behind me the entire time. When she was finished she just pushed her stool back and left. And when I had pain she never stopped for a minute. I told the scheduler I wouldn't see her again. Well she is the only one that does fillings! It turns out that the Dentist that owns that office doesn't do fillings. Now I have to go somewhere else to finish the job.
