Dr. Kelly Jones, DMD

8/2022, Dr. Jones, Malbis Parkway Pediatric Dentistry in Spanish Fort, AL: my child has an upper pedipartial (spacer) and at the 6 mo checkup in Aug 2022, we brought it to Dr. Jones' and the hygienist's attention that it was falling out. They said it was fine, nothing was wrong. A week or so later, on the 2nd day of school, it fell off. They weren't open that Thur or Fri. On Mon, while making an appointment to glue it back in, they didn't want to squeeze us in and said we'd have to wait 4 weeks. After they agreed to squeeze us in within a few days, Dr. Jones glued it back in and decided to tighten it. That adjustment caused my child's bottom and top teeth to hurt, her top teeth to be misaligned (one front tooth is significantly higher than the other front tooth), and for the spacer to dig into and cause bleeding of her upper gums. I am onto my 3rd appt for this seemingly simple, 10 min appt, and they won't squeeze us in. I'm hoping a different doctor has a different process.
