Creepy experience
Reached out to this Dentist online and they had me fill out all of my personal information to sign up as a new patient. They never responded to my voice messages, emails or instant messages even though it shows that they've read the messages. Totally unprofessional plus they have all of my personal information. This is not to be trusted as a medical practice. Something is askew there. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!

This was my first cleaning at Dr. Keith Phillips office. Hygienist Jean was absolutely “The Best”. Since I tend to be extremely anxious when it comes to dental visits, I was so relieved upon feeling totally comfortable with Jean. She was kind, knowledgeable and patient explaining to me what she was doing. My teeth feel so clean. Can’t wait to do it again in six months!!! I highly recommend Dr. Keith Phillips and hygienist Jean.

I had my teeth cleaned and dental and periodontal health examined by my excellent, wise and gentle dental hygienist who has cared for me for many years. Then, Dr. Phillips did a complete oral exam and answered my questions. He is also wise and gentle and thorough. Their office runs smoothly, on time and with great courtesy. Thanks to their care, my dental/oral health is very good.

Dr. Phillips is a superb Prostodontist / Oral Surgeon. He's an active listener who takes whatever time is necessary to answer any and all questions. More importantly, he produces extremely high quality results even when presented with vexing, complex oral issues. He's just the best!

This visit was for cleaning. It was done by Jeanine,a dental hygienist. Jeanine is very caring, knowledgeable, gentle and thorough. Dr. Phillip's exam was one of the most thorough I have had combined with a cleaning. He is the only dentist that I have had over many years that can deal with my complex dental needs and that gives me great comfort.

I have been a patient of Dr. Phillips for over a decade and will stay in his care until he retires. I have never been more comfortable in a dental office. His staff is phenomenal, the office is a calming and comfortable place that instantly sets me at ease. Dr. Phillips’ “bedside manner” is both professional yet friendly, which is rare. The hygienist I see is also one of the best I have ever had. She is a reflection of Dr. Phillips professionalism.

My wife and I have seen Dr. Phillips for many years and even after moving 200 miles away we continue to make the trip to Fife every six months for routine care. There is no better doctor when it comes to oral health. We value his skill and his excellent care, as well as a gracious staff he employs.
