Dr. Kavitha Chadhalavada, DDS

Her office in the suburbs of Philadelphia - absolutely the worst, even during pandemic (no 6' separation). During crisis she caused by treating a broken tooth by bonding, every six months, 2x, until abcess appeared on gum near said tooth. I needed root canal from the start. She nor her office returned phone calls in crisis, needing 2nd bout of antibiotics, promised to expedite services which never happened and didn't return one phone call. Even better than that, you plan an appointment and are asked if you could come back a different day because they are busy. You are seated 5 feet from next patient, if that. She heavily relies on her staff to do all so she basically does nothing hands on. And even better than that, when you show up, you'll find the office is closed with no explanation given, ever.

They do a thorough evaluation, and are very professional,and extremely helpful.I love the way they handle their patients needs and concerns.

Terrible. No other way to say it. Office still not open they say due to COVID. Well all other dental offices are open and wearing ppe. People need to get treatment Unprofessional person answers the phone dr does not return phone calls

Very Friendly People. Manager Chaz explains all options thoroughly and he is very professional. Dr.K is highly knowledgeable and takes time in explaining the treatment and causes no pain at all.

Office is very Clean and the staff friendly. Receptionists are very good. Dr.K & Assistants are great.

On Apr 24th,2017 I went to Northeastern Dentistry as an emergency for extraction.I was treated by Dr K .I found her as a very pleasing personality and highly knowledgeable.Her dentistry is truly pain free.I didn't even knew when my extraction was completed.Chaz the manager was so helpful.He helped me in paying my copay over a period of time.All our family are going there for ever.Would highly recommend.

They are clean, professional and takes care of your Oral needs perfectly.

I wish If I could give less than 1 star , I don' t recommend this dentist to anybody. She doesn't give any attentient to the patient plus Rude stuff working there. More than 2 hours , I was waiting and she sent me someone who works in front desk to tell me if I can come next week. I'll never go back.

I was very disappointed with this dentist. I waited over thirty minutes. Her assistant That took my Xrays was rude. There's loud music playing and everyone wears a mask. They never remove their mask when they talking to you. You can't hear what they are saying. I think this is rude coming from a dentist. I understand the mask when working on a patient, but remove the mask when talking to the patient. Dr. Chadhalavada is not interested in the patient, but interested in making money.
