Been a patient for 15 plus years Trustworthy kind patient and gentle Dr Katie is the best

I had several crowns over 10 years old. I never had any problems with. Dr. Rand recommended that they needed replacement. She never mentions that she only does only full porcelain. That are not covered by my insurance. She and her staff attempted to have me pay a co-payment. That I do not have. There were other extras that were never explain. That I had to pay when leaving the office. As for the crowns that cracked. This was 2 years after she replaced them. The insurance does not cover them under 5 years. The VA dentists stated that they were very easy to remove. Showing that they were not installed correctly. These same two dentist stated that the porcelain Dr. Rand used was too thin. Causing the crowns too crack. Bad dentist

I broke a tooth and needed a crown. Dr Rand has a scanner which was so cool and high tech. No gooey impressions like the old days and my crown fits perfect!!! I definitely recommend this office

Dr Katie Rand is so talented. I had a smile makeover that I am so happy and pleased with. It is so natural looking and I have gotten so many compliments. It was a very pleasant experience. I will be her forever patient!

I recently transferred services from another dentist and I am very pleased with Dr. Rand. She is a gem- one who can be trusted and is an expert in her field and is also very patient friendly. My experiences have left nothing to be desired.

Writing on behalf of my 80 yr old aunt. Like other reviews, Dr. Rand claims to take insurance asks for payment upfront and in addition keeps the insurance checks only offering to pay partial payment to her patients. She is not transparent about the material that she plans to use and takes advantage of the elderly and those that she knows are vulnerable. It's unfortunate that a professional in this field has had to resort to these methods to keep her business afloat. She is untrustworthy and quite frankly her work is way below par. She will convince patients to pay the premiums, use low grade materials on them, take and deposit the insurance checks and only offer a partial sum of what was received and coerces them that she will only send payment to them if they agree with her in writing that this is the amount the insurance has confirmed approved. She knows that she is able to manipulate elderly and those that may not understand their rights but eventually it will catch up to her.

Excellent service all around. She is trustworthy and cares a lot about animals. I will go back there again soon.

My experience with Dr. Rand was not too successful. She filled a cavity and I then needed root canal. Her office did not file my claim to my insurance and when I requested her information to file myself they refused to provide it to me. All in all, I would not use Dr. Rand again.
