I went there for many years. Her dad semi-retired & she took over the practice. Every filling she did, which was two or three, required me to go back, or somewhere else due to rough edges, or being too close together leaving me unable to floss, or the filling materials created discomfort-creating a galvanic response. I stuck with the practice because I thought overall I was getting good care. I see why they sold their practice when they did. In October, a root canal they did had to be retreated. November-another root canal they did had to be retreated. The endodontist said that they put medication around what he described as a toothpick, and inserted that into the tooth like a 'corn dog.' Today , I learned that I need a crown on another molar. It was overfilled, not shaped properly, & the rear of the tooth has significant bone loss. These issues are causing the gum tissue in and around the tooth to swell and bleed. Choose someone else or you'll be sorry.

I learned of this office from a friend. My husband went for a cleaning late last year, and spoke highly of them. Yesterday, I went for a cleaning, and absolutely loved the office. The entire team is warm and friendly. In a day where it seems as if we are losing touch with the great customer service, and caring about the customer, Dr. Varley's office made me feel so welcomed, it didn't feel like my first visit. I am excited to return for follow-up treatments.

Had a MULTITUDE of refillings that she said were necessary. Perhaps they were, but in hindsight I wish I'd gotten a second opinion. First visit I had ONE tooth that was sensitive (bottom right side). By my last visit (my insurance dropped her) I had THREE entire areas that were painfully sensitive. Newsflash: amalgam is more hot/cold sensitive than composites & require removal of more healthy tooth. I'd never had them and she should have told me that before nearly filling my mouth w/ it.

I was told by a few other doctors that the six month smile would be a good option for me because I was an easy case. I didn't have that much straightening to have done. Starting my treatment of 6 month smile with Dr. Varley is when things went downhill. I ended up with a cross bite bad enough that I can't chew my food and I still have crooked teeth. I now have to get traditional braces and TMJ treatment. I do not recommend her to anyone.
