Excellent Dentist with Horrible Billing Staff
Dr. Takacs is one of the best dentists I've seen but her billing staff didn't submit the proper paperwork to get prior authorization for the work. I ended up paying $850 for a flipper that would have been covered 100% if they had properly billed the insurance cards I gave them at my first appointment.I signed the treatment plan so they made me pay it. If the office staff asks you to sign anything related to billing for your treatment with Dr. Takacs, REFUSE TO SIGN AND RUN FOR THE HILLS!
