I always have a positive experience while visiting Dr Heer’s office! Her staff are professional and well trained. I especially like my hygienist Jessica. She does a great job and has great people skills, she’s a delight! Dr Heer is wonderful and I’m always happy with her work. And Candy does a great job as well! I always feel that I’m in good hands!

I've had great experiences here. After my first visit, the front desk always greets me by name as soon as I walk in. The office is very clean. They are great with kids, especially young children getting in their initial visits. They also work great with all insurance agencies!

Never actually made it into the office. Contacted staff about new patient appointments for myself and my husband. Never received new pt forms via email like we were supposed to. Went into the office to physically fill them out--didn't hear back for over 2 months. When I called back to schedule, there were no appointments available for another 2 months! The whole experience was unreasonable.

I have been a patient of Dr Heer's for over 7 years and have had a number of serious, major treatments (crowns, bridge, fillings, etc) with her in addition to routine check-ups, X-rays and cleanings. Dr Heer is highly competent, very caring and concerned about her patient's well-being. She recently spent a great deal of time guiding my emergency dental treatment 1,400 miles away from home. Her office is spotless and the staff are professional and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Heer.
