Dr Lackler and staff do an excellent job preparing you for your procedure. I knew what the cost would be and what to expect during my procedure. Although I lost my tooth we have a plan for an implant. Eve was excellent too!! I would highly recommend Dr Lackler and staff!!

During the entire extraction process, Dr. LACKLER demonstrated a level of care that went beyond anything I've ever had by a dentist. He worked on me with a level of care that made me feel like family. I truly felt like he was working with deep compassion for my dental care.

Dr. Lackler and his staff were friendly and warm people. Their delivery of treatment was of the highest quality and very professional. There was even some humor as they worked which helped to relax me. Not only is Dr. Lackler a man of talent and skill—I won’t lose my tooth because of the great skin graft he did for the tooth. Dr Lackler and his assistant Eve are among the best. They made sure I understood everything and all my questions were answered. They made sure I had no pain. After my procedure Dr Lackler called that evening to make sure everything was ok! I was given his personal phone number to contact him if I had any trouble. They also noticed I had another tooth that needed some work done and made sure I had a dentist I could get in with to get that issue taken care of. I would definitely not hesitate to say Dr Lackler is a wonderful professional and I would recommend him to all of my family and friends!

I've been a patient of Dr. Lacker's since 2013 when I had some root restoration done. Recently one of my teeth became infected and had to be removed. Dr. Lackler noted that I had had knee replacement surgery within the last two years and that blood infection was a risk that had to be mitigated quickly. He got me in right away. Dr. Lackler, his technical staff, and his office staff are absolutely first rate. I would give them six stars if I could!

I recently did my yearly appointment with your office. My cleaning was performed very professionally. However, you did not visit and perform your oral assessment as I expected. I have been associated with your office for the past 40 years and I expect that when I schedule an appointment, it is for more than just cleaning. Worst experience of my life

I had an appointment last week and was kept waiting for over 35 minutes with no one checking or updating me or telling me when I would be seen. For a previous appointment I was kept waiting for an hour and 5 minutes. There is either a systemic scheduling problem or a complete disregard for patients' time. My dental treatment was excellent but my office treatment was inconsiderate at best. I left the chair/office when they didn't return. Haven't heard from Dr. Lackler or his office staff since.
