Between my kids and now myself @ 60, I’ve experienced several different orthodontic practices . Dr Spivak and her staff are way above all The other groups we’ve been to. Very professional and what strikes me most is the entire staff seem thrilled to be working with each other! They all are more than proficient at what they do! I almost wish my teeth were still crooked as I miss them all! (Well-almost;-)

Both Dr. Spivak and her entire staff are exceptionally caring and professional. I am one of the many adults who have received treatment in this office. I was nervous when I went for a consultation but the staff is easygoing and knowledgeable. I quickly relaxed and made arrangements to begin. After eleven months, my braces were removed yesterday and I am so happy I chose Dr. Spivak. If you are contemplating taking a child here, I highly recommend it. I have seen them calm many worried children. Speaking as the parent of two children who were in braces, it can be a problem for both you and your child to choose the wrong orthodontist. You definitely can have confidence if you choose Dr. Spivak’s office.

I was 65 years old when I got braces to accomodate my implants. Spivak Orthodontics has been great for the 2 years that I spent traveling from Prince George's County and worth the trip. They coordinated procedures with the other dentists involved in my dental plan. The staff is GREAT, gentle, quick and answered all my questions along the way. Always had all the bands and wax I needed. They even ordered me a BPA free mouth guard I requested. But MOST of all....my teeth look GREAT!

Both of my children (15 and 17) have been patients of Dr. Spivak. Both had fairly complex orthodontic needs. Dr. Spivak was quick to respond to questions and willing to do whatever it took to make sure my kids had beautiful smiles.

Everyone was friendly and made me feel very comfortable every time!

Doctor Spivak started to work on my "smile" less a year ago and 2 weeks age it was completed. I'm very happy to with the result. High level of professionalism!

Dr. Spivak is the best. She has gracefully taken over dr miller’s Practice without skipping a beat. She is patient yet very goal oriented. She consults with other prominent dentists in the area when needed, trying to give her patients the very best care possible. Her staff is her secret sauce! They are kind, personable, yet high quality experts at what they do in support of Dr. Spivak. All in all, a very rewarding experience for me as an adult patient.
