My 4 yr old son had his first cavity filled by Dr. Karim Shallwani and I was a nervous mess! He was given a small amount of laughing gas, and Dr. Karim was constantly talking and checking on my son to make sure he was comfortable. It was wonderful to see how caring Dr. Karim was during the VERY quick procedure, constantly explaining things to my son, and putting me mind at easy in the process. I highly recommend his practice to any parent!

Dr. Karim is one of the most patient and skilled pediatric dentists I have ever met. He makes my three-year and four-year old children feel so comfortable and they enjoy going to Kid’s Dental Smiles because of Dr. Karim.

Great approach to pediatric dentistry! Hes fantastic with the kids. He moves calmly and explains what he is doing. Constantly checking on the kids making sure they are comfortable.

I recommend Dr Karim, which all the kids lovingly call “Dr Ice-cream,” to all our friends & family. He is so patient & gentle with the kids and puts their mind at ease. My 5yr was very nervous about having a cavity filled and Dr Ice-cream numbed his gums before the shot and he didn’t feel anything! This is the ONLY place I will take my kids now.
