Very Professional and helpful
Dr. Urnise is exceptional! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The office is clean, modern, and is consistently updated. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of dental care!

Dr Urnise was so personable. She really helped me to calm my nerves by talking me through what she was going to do, step by step. I really appreciate her thoroughness as well.

charged for what didn't get done!
I My insurance was charged for what didn't happen. And they paid. Then it wasn't posted on my account! My statement said that Urnise Dentistry was owed that amount. Two mistakes that never should have happened.

Sadly unprofessional
If you’re used to an urban professional dental office, Urnise Dentistry will come as a big disappointment. In spite of all the high tech equipment, Dr Urnise comes across as hysterical and unreasonable at times. The front desk staff is at a loss with book-keeping and certainly don’t inspire confidence. I sincerely wouldn’t recommend this office.

Dr. Karen Urnise is a skilled dentist, very caring of her patients and willing to go the extra mile when it is needed. She is great to work with, and her employees say she is the best boss they ever had - to me this speaks very highly of her work ethic. I have been going to her for years, and I am always impressed by the quality of her work. I would highly recommend her to any age patient.
