Due to Sperry not doing my fillings correctly, I have 3 molars that are decaying, and I haven’t been able to chew on the left side for 4 months.

BEWARE: If could give 0 stars I would. If you are looking for a new dentist look elsewhere. After four failed cavity fills and almost drowning me as I choked on water, when I was forced to hold the suction tool myself, I was told I needed a crown. Mind you Karen left me a giant hole in my tooth until they had a crown appointment available. Sadly that appointment needed to be canceled because I caught a cold and due to COVID restrictions wasn't allowed in the building. The appointment was rescheduled, and unfortunately due to snow my husband's schedule changed, making us without anyone to watch our toddler. I was told if I couldn't make the appointment they wouldn't reschedule it. Leaving me with pain, tooth sensitivity and the ability to only chew on one side of my mouth in a pandemic with limited resources. The customer service was deplorable, my husband had been a patient there for almost 10 years. Needless to say Karen cares way more about her bottom line than her patient's

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Sperry for many years and we have always been happy with her service. She is professional, patient, and caring, and her staff is friendly and competent . Highly recommended.
